How does billing work?
We bill via Paystack. Cancel anytime from your dashboard. Your subscription stays active until the billing period ends.
What are AI Enhancements?
Each time you use "Enhance with AI" on your resume summary or experience, it counts as 1 AI enhancement. Cover letters count as 2. Usage resets monthly.
Can I get a refund?
Monthly plans are non-refundable — once the month begins, it's yours. Only the Global 6-Month plan qualifies for a partial refund: 50% of whole unused months at the discounted rate, capped at 50% of total paid. Email support to request.
What happens when I hit my limit?
You'll see a message asking you to upgrade. Your existing resumes and data remain accessible. Limits reset at the start of each billing cycle.
Minimum purchase amount?
For transparency — the minimum transaction is ₦1,000 / $0.70 (the cheapest credit top-up). Anything smaller is rejected to prevent dust transactions.
